“ Great experience. The chips were warm and the salsa was just right. The guacamole was good, but I prefer it spicier. But it wasn’t scooped out of a premade package. The portions are large and I couldn’t finish my food. They had a vegetarian section as well. Highly recommend this place. There’s also a full bar and TVs. ”
“ If you're looking for hot, fresh food, then this is the place. I eat out a few times a week at different restaurants. This is the best one I have come across in a while. They make their own guacamole, and it's fresh daily. I have never had a bad experience here. You won't be disappointed. The staff is great and always checking on you. ”

“ El Toro at Dayton-Xenia & N Fairfield. Food was good. Honestly, we went for Taco Tuesday. We are not drinkers so we just got water. The moment Sandra realized we were only getting water & tacos her smile faded. We almost had to beg for extra water and had to flag her down to get napkns. She frowned when we asked for addl salsa & chips & she took almost a 1/2 basket of chips out from under my husband's hand! REALLY? I realize they make their $ off drinks but we have a right to food too. We were there last week and I left the waitress over a $6 tip, she was sooo nice (wish I had gotten her name). This waitress got a $2.39 tip b/c of her attitiude, and was lucky for that! When she brought the bill we were finishing our chips & salsa. I didn"t hurry to get my card out. She was back in just a few minutes, "You ready to pay now?" No.... I need a few minutes please. She actually had enough nerve to stand there and stare at me and look at the bill! I went ahead and got my card out and handed it to her. She was back quick and handed the final slips to my husband, ignoring me, when she had seen ME get the card out and I handed it to her. We'll come back once more and if service is like that again... no more. Hopefully, this was a one off. First time was great food AND service. This time good food but HORRIBLE service... 1:1... ”

“ This location is great other than for one server, Sandra. She is very short with her words and un-attentive. Seems bothered when we ask for refills on drinks or additional menu items. We've had great experiences with the other servers, she just doesn't like us for whatever reason. We've had several unpleasant interactions with her including the following. Her rolling her eyes when asked for things, stuck her hands in my girlfriends personal space to grab a dish as she was still eating and "accidentally" shoulder checked her on our way out with no apology or acknowledgement. Otherwise all the servers are fantastic and the food is great. I feel as if the restaurant would be better off without her. ”
